... was thinking of removing third row chair. Can DIY or any bros here knows how to do it ?

Nobody contemplatedto remove their back seats??? I tried opening the covers, but dun tink it can be done cos i see the rod got no nuts and bolts and its welded to the chasis of the car..

oh actually v easy, remove the plastic cappings and you can see 2x bolts, just take a no 14 wrench/spanner and after unscrewing just lift up the seat. But there will be a gap after removing exposing the internal chasis..
