Neighbour Freed at your car park? MSCP?

Hola bro,
As we moved to the new house/block recently, i have noticed that in the same car park (MSCP).
If you are the member of this forum, who park your ride at Blk 18 Holland Drive, i'd like to say hi to you...
perhaps we could bump each other during car wash?
btw, we are in same color tone and red plate...
