How to replace horn?

It is easy to replace our horn? Can you guys guide me, take note that my car is opc, I can not totally remove the bumper without lta approval. BTW, should I replace it or just place in different place?

From what I've seen on the roads around here, the Freed outnumbers the Spike by about 10:1.
