if happen that you got an iphone and you also install a monitor in your car...
you may get a AV-Cable @S$55 from apple, please do not get replica, cos that will NOT work for all iPhone with difference version of iOS.
then get "AVPlayer" from App store @US$2.99 (or free if your iPhone are hack), so you can play any format of video(no need to be converted to MP4) via any monitor screen.

note: this will work with all iPod-Touch, iPhone, iPad.

I have tested and confirm that are working. Just connect the AV-cable to any of the HU AV-AUX input, no mod are needed.
I can't do demo cos the cable now was install at one of my friend car.
