Used (2nd hand) Freed on sale @ SGCARMART

As of today, 27/7/11, when i write this topic, there are 16 cars available on display for the used (2nd hand) Freed on sale @ SGCARMART
I have notice the trend of selling Freed is grooming

Out of my curiosity (for not being keeepooo ), i was wondering the main reason on why they are letting go this lovely ride from their hands??
1. Economical reasons?
2. Performance reasons?
3. Others?

So guys, any comments??


For sure everyone has their own reasons, but for myself, owning car does not mean merely use it as an object, but rather than "its chemistry" and the "priceless functions" for the help that she can provide to fulfill our needs.

PS: still fresh in memory, when we sold our family car, Toyota Starlet back in year 2004,
It was quite tough seeing the buyer took and drove it away from our place,
As for the record, it was almost 19 years we maintained the cars, used and cherished it.
That was happened in Jakarta...
i don't know whether i can do the same in Singapore...
19 years means 2 times COE validity
only time will tell.....

no i didn't hint such way, on the contrary, as i described my thought earlier, it's kind of hard to let go due to "chemistry and bonding effects" that are the major factors for me.

Yes, you may sell the car nowadays, as the 2nd hand selling price would follow the increment trend of COE, HOWEVER, i think there will be more risk than advantage if we sell it now. Simple rules: SELL IN HIGHER PRICE, BUY NEW ONE MORE EXPENSIVE.
Unless you want to downgrade the car which is likely impossible due the further factor risks of maintaining "older car version" in SG.

And last but not least, i had your words officially recorded, we have witnesses that you can't run away.
in first place you want to sell the car after 3 years
reduce to become 5 years

the longer we use our FREEDs, sure got wear n tear...

so we must practice dilligent maintenance!

I remember i saw this re-sale "new" OPC Honda Freed on SG Carmart (Registration COE on 23/8/2011)

It was initialy posted with the price of SGD 89,900
It survived for few months from the initial post
