Transmission oil

Just came back from servicing..
I knw for freed we need to use cvtf but how many litre is enough??

I bought a 3.5L honda cvtf but after the guy pour in n he check not enough n recommend to buy another bottle and use ard 1L n keep for next round servicing.

He told better to fillup rather than gearbox/engine spoilt. He did show me the dipstick and if dont add then service early which means instead of every 30000k do it every 20000k. But i choose to buy n topup.

So is it true tat 3.5L is not enough?? This is the first time encounter this coz everytime the installer will just change n go nia..

Think its bout 4litres. i do service every 10 to 12k !

I did replacement of ATF every 30,000km.

Just to share a market price update. I bought my 3.5litres of Honda CVTF at S$38
I do my transmission fluid change around 80-100km.
Every 10k check on my Freed's dipstick, colour and level is ok. No need to change.
That's why change at 80-100km.
The last change, my freed only use just 1bottle of 3.5litres, no need to top up.

Sorry overlook this post.

PI Freed are come with CVT gearbox, so need to be CVTF.

For KM Freed are 5-speed auto gearbox, so it's ATF.
