My FREED ... My Cashcard ... Empty My FREED ... My Cashcard ...

Post by DADDYCOOL Thu 02 May 2013, 6:25 am

Just wanted to share with HFSG members of my experience yesterday!

Our cashcard has an expiry date and mine had expired on 30/04.

no error was shown until i took it out and put back in.

Bloody IU device kept prompting error msg and my initial suspicion was a faulty IU.

I was about to check at the Atm machine then remembered about the expiry date.

My cashcard had expired with some value left in the card!

Luckily left about 10 bucks so i thought nevermind ,

Proceeded to the nearest 7/11 and purchased a new card.

Card cost 10 bucks but only 5 bucks value!!! Daylight robbery!

As for the expired card, i was a advised to bring it to a bank and get a refund.

So please remember to check your card expiry and not get stranded in carpark ,

Or unjustly fine for no ERP payment!!!

I did the transfer of the expired cashcard value over to another cashcard using the ATM.
You can try this method....
