Additional compartment on roof top

I saw this in Jakarta

I can understand the function for adding up the luggage space, as all of us know we have extra limitation space on the rear.
However, i personally found it a bit ackward due to the shape of the compartment on the roof top.

So, for those you want to consider to add on, the extra compartment brand is THULE
Please note, it is also supported with additional bar plates.
From the way i saw it, the bar plate on the centre is a bit curving (not straight), perhaps due to the weight of the items inside the compartment.

and one more, if you can notice, the rims are 19"

True, many limitations if we install this in Singapore

It doesn't mean we must purchase, there is a rental scheme also from the same Thule distributor here in Singapore, however the railing roof rack must be purchased.

They only renting out the Thule compartment
