Razz you are correct! i read too fast!

actually i believed sure got people change,

but in SG dunno who.

cos at best they do lowering springs.

i did ask once but price too steep for me!

at least 1.2k above, so was a no go.

bro stein maybe you can be the first in SG?

hahah...actually im really intrested of changing....after driving with full load 7pax...on sg highway...i find it very bouncy on the straight after hiting on bump...at around 110km...cause the absorber rebound was too fast...heard about D2 coilover which the spring rate if i could remember was 9frt 6rear...so wanted to know our original spring rate so frm there i can estimated the aftermarket spring rate for my preference..

Was at some shop today to change lowering spring then the boss keep asking me to change coil over instead that Costs $1250. Quite branded one. I cant rem. Price was too steep for me dats y din change. Good thing is dat you can ciao the ht and the tension (hard soft) whenever you want. Workshop provides 1st 3x free adjustments. Its quite worth the $ IMO but at this juncture, i dun need it..

Hi Bro here. I am thinking of changing my ride stock spring to either Tanabe or Tein lower spring. Currently my tyre profile is 205/50/16. Any bro here with the same profile change to the above spring? And will the tyre hit the fender?

I am a bit worry as I had try 205/55/16 on my freed and it hit the fender when turning up in multi stores carpark.

Any bro here can advise?

Hi bro sutoh80,

I'm using the same profile tires 205/50/16 as you .. and I have replaced my stock springs to RSR aftermark springs.. it did lowered my ride by ~2 inches, provide better stabilty during cornering. I still have about 2 inch clearance between my tires and fenders.

But if i have the dough($), i will go for the complete Tein coilovers with EDFC setup. Awesomeness! cheers

Hi Bro Jarjar. So no problem with RSR spring hitting the fender? And how much is the damage and you do at where?

Lastly, can I conclude it better than stock spring?

Hi bro Sutoh80,

No problems at all so far, did around $500 @ GarageR. Price may have dropped by now.

Definitely better. but then again, coilover still even better!
