Source of my FREED's Vanity...
WOW!!! due to the overwhelming response to My Bragging Rights...
its time to share with my fellow members the source!
Firstly, a prelude to the search of the elusive grille for my FREED!
As all of us know that the front grille is a major cosmetic enhancement,
But on our tiny island, our choices not many...
The usual MUGEN or MUDOLO...
Alternatively you can also choose to pimp the OEM grille!
As for me, i believe my search took around 12 mths...
not a long time considering i intend to drive my beloved FREED for the longest of time!
Buried treasure do not just appear from thin air...
thus we must be patient in searching for the real deal!!!
This is my search...
This is my story...
My Dream choice of grille was this...
but sadly the SCHTELT Grille was not cheap... est total cost in the region of 1 to 1.2K SGD!
Then i chanced upon this...
problem with this was i dunno where to find the source!!! so sayang! i really dig the foglights!
Lastly was the ZEUS Grille (replica), and i had presumed the search was over....
bro Yoon was the first to get the ZEUS replica and upon installing...
realised that the material used was not that resistance to heat...
but price wise you cant argue!
then again, you can go get the ORIGINAL ZEUS Grille!
so it was a cold & lonely nite, when i happened to come across this site...
but still did not really go search...
only about 4 weeks ago did i go thru the pages and discovered the TREASURE!!!
PS: i liken my quest to that of the HOLY GRAIL!!!

Re: Source of my FREED's Vanity...
bro Gila, as this was my first (virgin) online purchase,
i too was not sure how it worked!
i try to give you a rough idea...
1) item costs $50, so i use Visa to topup my account bout $60.
2) proceed to purchase or bid. for $50 i will put like $51 or $52.
3) then it will be deducted from your account once it has been confirmed and the process starts.
4) within 2 to3 days your account will show further deduction, if negative $20
then you have to topup. this amt will be the delivery charges. but how they
calculate i not sure. furthermore, they have express and non-express.
5) after you paid up whatever charges, just wait. do ensure there is someone
at home to accept delivery.
6) you can also email them for queries, but not immediate reply. about 2 to 3 days.
the customer service i suspect is based in HK.
of course when we buy, dun buy too expensive to limit your risk exposure!
Happy Shopping!
