Freed with Dastek Unichip Q+

want to share my Freed dyno's result at Jakarta after using unichip Q+ piggyback.

exhaust system and other engine parts still in stock condition.
only installed unichip Q+ and Replacement Air Filter Simota.

conclusion:
For Honda 1500cc engine, usually it will gain minimum pure of 8hp [assumption at above 4500(high) RPM] and can be little bit more.
you will get more additional power after using unichip, even in below 4000(low) RPM


It is different with Pivot 3 Drive Throttle Controller coz Pivot 3 Drive will not gain any additional horsepower for the engine, but only simply adjust the response when driver pushing the accelerator and feel additional extra power(actually, driver will get same power that produced from the engine).

no, this is mine bro Ed

u will feel the different for additional 8hp and your freed will be more responsive and more power.
you will get quite lot extra of torque in all RPM, which is useful for incline road situation
and minimum of 8hp (horsepower) in above 2500RPM to accelerate faster.

for comparison:
if use turbo on Freed, it will gain around 45-50hp, but it will cost around 6 times from unichip if im not wrong.

i test to drag-race with my friend's freed (without unichip) for 3 times by fully kick-down the accelerator and the difference is quite noticeable


in Indo,
Unichip Q+ is around 4,000,000 IDR (S$571) for new one. (without installation and setting)
Installation and setting for Unichip in Indo will cost around 1,200,000 IDR (S$171) (with Dyno Test)

for 2nd hand item, Unichip Q+ is around 3,000,000 IDR (S$428)

the quest for more power ...

is tempting me ...
