Re: before and after
Bro Epixel,
I had same story on having dent due to upper pilar while reversing,
Still fresh in my memory when i had that, the whole night can not sleep
With no hesitation, went to HOS purchased spoiler
Though expensive, but happy in the end
For the off color, no worries bro, you try DIY put some modification on it (e.g stickers)
Now i guarantee, your "back" area surely looks different than before
Good job

Re: before and after
Is it better to position our reverse camera at the top of the windshield instead at the plate number area in order for us to see from top to bottom. Is it more appropriate?
Mine is at the number plate!

I think, camera placed on number plate is the most optimum area,
given situation that we focus more to the below section than upper area,
Upper area (before reversing) can be seen from the main central cabin mirror, though it'll be very limited while closing the gap
and also, only certain MSCP who have "unique" design with the pillar on the upper area.
IF ONLY, there is "remote" camera where the angle (up and down) can be controlled from the cabin, that's would solve the problem
so bro JazzGD and bro Jack, hope you inspired to do DIY on this
while DIY will be considered, we do traditional way:
1. drive alone, go down, see and justify the angle/distance
2. drive with other, ask him/her to go down and give you signal when to stop

Re: before and after
I must say it does look better with spoiler. I am not being mean but with spoiler it's even more easy to hit cos there is an extension. So inorder to build up experience do as recommended by 7seater. Get down to gauge else need to change spoiler....... But still cheaper than the chasis body. Worse cannot change, can only knock back......There is the hokkien saying long teo wu sia...... Dun wait till hear sound when doing reversing.

Re: before and after
just exercise more precaution while reversing!
be kiasu... very kiasu!
avoid parking lots that might cause problems!
PS: i have learnt the hard n expensive way like many of our FREEDers!
but then... its a very good reason to get a spoiler!

Re: before and after
Must fix a reverse sensor on the spoiler... Heehee.
At what wasted say, try to stay away from low multi story car parks..
