Does anybody have good bargain or can recommend good workshop for replacement of right side mirror?

no, i mean whole mirror block .. it was damaged by some "good people" while on parking .. plastic cracked .. the mirror still moving but afraid water can get inside and cause short or damage mirror motor .. I had already small crack on it and my workshop told me couple of years ago they can't replace just plastic cover - only whole mirror at about $500+ .. that time I used some glue to minimize crack but now it is really big .. using scotch for a moment but looking for replacement options ..

any suggestions?
